Rubavu Technical Welcomes New Legal Representative Bayingana Jean Marie Vianney
Rubavu Technical College has officially welcomed Mr. Bayingana Jean Marie Vianney as its new legal representative, succeeding Mr. Singirankabo William who completed his two full terms of ten years.
